3 picks for the Australian NRL this week from our star Rugby tipster Chris of Solid Punts. Chris has been on an amazing run over the last few months and is still hanging on to his 20%+ ROI, lets hope he can build on that this weekend.

Melbourne Storm v Penrith Panthers

Penrith have been all over the place since Griffin left and even with Maloney back and Peachey shifting to the centres I still can’t back the Panthers to do anything here. The Storm looked very clunky last week and I think Bellamy will see this as a good chance to get the attack firing properly before the playoffs. 3 of the Storms 8 home wins have come by 11-20 with 1 22 point win and 1 24 point win meaning we are a good hit rate on Storm home wins.

Canterbury Bulldogs v Cronulla Sharks

Canterbury looked very good last week and Lachlan Lewis might be the best defensive halfback in the league. In attack I’m still not that convinced by the Dogs and the Dragons looked very soft in defence. The Sharks have one of the best defensive records in the competition and we were only denied a win on them last week. Y a last 2 min try. The Sharks also have some really good attack options and with Moylan coming back into the side and a fantastic 1-10 win hit rate this is an obvious back at 3.6.

Brisbane Broncos v Manly Sea Eagles

At 1st I was looking at avoiding this game all together but this just seems a ridiculous price. Manly are nowhere right now with the worst defence in the league, and their coach and highest earner both wanting out. The Broncos don’t have the best record v bottom 8 they’re only 6-5 but with Manly poor they win this 1st half a good chunk of the time and the 3/1 available here is just tooo big.

Good Luck!
